Out Out works hand in hand with another of Reid's projects, God Bless This Acid House. This project documents the Edinburgh club scene, focusing particularly on popular techno club Cabaret Voltaire. The club is located just off of the capital's very own strip, Cowgate, and is situated under the city streets in the old caves. The club is packed on a weekly basis with punters that are immersed in their own subculture, being transported by the music they are hearing and feeling. Out Out showcases the fashion trends, or lack of, in places like Cab Vol. It is treated as a safe place by those that attend, typical of the acid house scene of the early 90s, dancing while the record spins with not a care in the world.
